Cancellations and Refunds
For Personal Tarot Services
Upon purchasing a tarot reading, you will receive an email from Meghan in the coming business days to discuss your question and what you hope to get out of your reading. You may cancel your order and request a refund up until the point your question is agreed upon.
Once your question has been agreed upon, all sales become final and there are no cancellations or refunds from that point on. It will be made clear to you when we have reached this point. You will see some variation of the following phrase in an email: “we are in agreement on your question and I will proceed with your reading.” Once this phrase has been sent, refunds are no longer possible.
Failing to reply to the messages regarding your question and/or fill out the introductory survey within 3 business days will result in the cancellation of your reading without a refund.
If Meghan is unable to complete your reading for any reason, you will receive a refund.
For Universal Tarot Services (Pre-written Downloadable Readings)
Due to the immediate delivery and nature of the downloadable universal readings, all sales of this service are final and are non-refundable.
However, if you feel there was an error made with your order ( i.e. you were charged twice, etc), you may reach out via the contact page to have your purchase reviewed.
